How ViadyaEasy Works?
VaidyaEasy have a Help center of Specialist Doctors to attend the patients health query. Our highly qualify team of Doctors take your health query and understand your problems through Video calling or Text Chatting. After that they suggest a E-Proscription with VaidyaEasy Platform. This Prescription added to your VaidyaEasy cart to place your order of this prescribed medicine.
After placing your order our pharmacist will pack your medicine and send courier to your door step.
How to install VaidyaEasy?
To install VaidyaEasy android App for User follow the given steps:
Step 1: Go to Google Play Store and Search “VaidyaEasy”. OR Click this link.
Step 2: Click on Install.
Step 3: After Successful installation open this App and Click on “REGISTER” button.
Step 4: Enter your Name, Mobile Number, Email and Password. Click on Terms Checkbox.
Step 5: Hit “REGISTER” button.
How to use VaidyaEasy?
For Purchase a Medicine:
1- Choose a Product by clicking on it OR choose Category to select medicine.
2- Add Quantity that you need.
3- Click “ADD TO CART” button.
4- Your Product Added in cart. Now Click on Cart top right corner to see the the product and total amount.
5- Click “CHECKOUT” button.
6- Add or select your Delivery Address and Billing Address.
7- Click on “CONTINUE PLACE ORDER”
8- Select Payment Mode and PLACE ORDER
Consult to Doctor:
1- To book Appointment with Doctor, Click on “CONSULT DOCTOR FREE” Button.
2- Click on “Search Doctor”
3- Select Category of Doctor
4- Choose mode of Appointment Video call/ Text Chat/ Home Visit
5- Select Doctor
6- Click “SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT”
7- Select Available time slot and click Proceed (Your Appointment request send to your Doctor and waiting for approval.)
Start Consulting:
1- To check approval of Doctor Click on “CONSULT DOCTOR” button.
2- Click on Upcoming Appointments and see status (Pending/Approve)
3- After Approval Click on your appointment and Start your Consultation.
